I couldn't find a CONTRIBUTING.md, so I wasn't 100% sure about things like branch naming, whether a towncrier fragment is required on every PR, or how the integration test secrets work for fork PRs.
I took a stab at drafting one based on the README and recent PRs — opened it as #42 so you can react to concrete wording rather than answer an abstract question. Totally fine to reject, rewrite, or merge with changes. No feelings hurt either way.
