Example of how to pass access token credentials directly?

Having trouble getting my head around how to simply pass stored access token credentials to the library, without the auth steps.

Is there a simple example of how to do this that someone could share? ie. we have all the credentials in the database already, just want to pass them to the library. Thanks!
