We as members, contributors and maintainers pledge to make participation in SplatKit a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of age, body size, visible or invisible disability, ethnicity, sex characteristics, gender identity and expression, level of experience, education, socio-economic status, nationality, personal appearance, race, religion or sexual identity and orientation. We pledge to act and interact in ways that contribute to an open, welcoming, diverse, inclusive and healthy community.
Behaviour that contributes to a positive environment includes showing empathy and kindness, respecting differing opinions and experiences, giving and accepting constructive feedback gracefully, and taking responsibility for mistakes and learning from them.
Unacceptable behaviour includes sexualised language or imagery and unwelcome sexual attention, trolling or insulting comments, public or private harassment, and publishing others' private information without their permission.
Maintainers clarify and enforce these standards, and may remove, edit or reject comments, commits, code and issues that do not align with them. They communicate reasons for moderation decisions when appropriate.
