Measure and document the gas cost of each contract function at various group sizes to help users estimate transaction fees.

Tasks:

• Write a benchmark script using Soroban's simulation API for all public functions
• Test at group sizes of 5, 10, 15, and 20 members
• Publish results in docs/performance-optimization.md with fee estimates in XLM
