[META] CI Fails to pass build

Continuous Integration is important to have as it will allow us at a glance to see if a PR is able to be built, and allow us to generate nightly builds for bleeding-edge testing and usage.

However, as it stands, CI is failing both for Linux and Windows:

On Linux CI, it seems to be failing to set up ALSA (though we may need to find someone able to code YSCE to utilize pipewire instead, since ALSA is quite old, or at least implement pipewire support):

at step install-ALSA:
