Just a random thought I had, but we could add an automated e-mail that goes out on a daily basis to admins that includes CSV exports of the intent reports and the group reports for pre-lottery draws. This would obviously open up the challenge of scheduled tasks, which we're trying to avoid, so it could also be a manual e-mail. We could also send that e-mail when the draws proceed to lottery as the final confirmation (and similarly add an e-mail with a group export including lottery number when you proceed to suite selection).
Not urgent, but might be nice.
