Vessels Not Updating In Real Time

I noticed that when new vessels join the flotilla, the live map sometimes doesn’t refresh automatically — it requires a manual reload to display updated positions. This happens on both desktop and mobile browsers.

Would it be possible to implement a websocket or periodic auto-refresh feature to make the tracking smoother?

Also, I recently came across Flotilla Tracking
which provides similar real-time tracking and thought it might be a good reference for how live updates can be optimized.
