Genomic prediction accuracy

Thanks for contributing and building such a useful tool!

I'm working on genomic prediction, and once I finish building the model, can I test the accuracy of the output? Usually, you test it by fitting the model with a test dataset. Is there any similar function in this package?

Do you mean the predictive accuracy of a trait? If so, this can be evaluated through a cross-validation procedure implemented by the users, as hibayes package does not currently offer an automated function for this purpose.
