GMRT: runner.html not created as part of GX.games build

Description

If the attached project is ran targeting GX.games GMS2 then the user can see the mesaages sent via the included html file. Yet the same html file cannot be found for gmrt

This sample project is using the example from the manual's window_post_message() page

Steps To Reproduce

1. import the attached project
2. run targeting GX.games GMS2
3. note the port number of the browser window that has just opened
4. Edit the attached 2904.html file then open
5. Press Post message and the scores from the project will show
6. repeat taregting GX.games GMRT
7. notice the html file is now saying the runner.html file is missing and a 404 is mentioned in the projects output.

If the output for GMS2 is checked then a runn.html file can be seen to be created and at the location mentioned

GMRT does not have a runner.html file. I compiles to wasm only at present and requires emrun to be used to execute the wasm file. gx.games target for GMRT is not complete at present so we may end up with something similar later on. Closing this issue for now as we have tasks for gx.games target already
