[Feature suggestion] Storing engine specific configs #271

I play a lot of different PWADs and mods with various versions of sourceports, mostly GZDoom. Usually each PWAD + Mod config needs to be tailored for it to perform better. I.e., one needs lighting to be in "Fast" and another needs to have it as "Vanilla" for example.

Since each sourceport's config is shared as of now, I think it's a good feature to store it's config too. For example in the same folder that it currently makes for each preset.
