[Bug] UZDoom defaults to -merge instead of -file

UZDoom defaulted to -merge instead of -file after update for some reason and I'm not seeing an option to override it manually:

Edited options.json and set "family" to "ZDoom", seems to be working.

I just noticed it's been doing that for me too but with Nugget Doom and Nyan Doom.

The auto-detection of these engines has been fixed in 1.9.2. But if you added them earlier, they will still have the previously auto-detected engine family. In that case you need to manually fix it here

or just click "Auto-detect".
