Create Map component in react

[YoungMame]

With the use of MapLibre GL

• Use the mapLibre.Map()
• Set it to the current user coords with a city sized zoom
• Listen different events to fetch the data
• Use 3 levels of zoom 1, 2 and 3 is for clusters per city/country
• Display the clusters with user count by cluster
• Display the users PP on the map if zoom == 1
