Feature: Model specific positions in the config #27
Description
Consider modelling specific ATC position in the Maestro config.
This will help unlock new functionality, such as:
- Restricting flight updates to specific sectors (only ARL can send flight updates for flights via YBBB feeders)
- Per-position configuration
- Per-position permissions
- etc.
