Moving flight from one runway to another within the stable sequence results in some flights loosing separation from each other

Seems that when an Unstable flight is moved to another runway, in between multiple stable flights, separation is not properly applied.

Also, the flight in question was supposed to be on 16L. I moved them to 16R, then attempted to swap them with another aircraft on 16R. The flight originally on 16R moved to 16L. They should've stayed on 16R.
