[feat] LINUX: Add Custom Sounds Directory Link

Platform: Linux (Debian 12 Bookworm)
DE: KDE Plasma 5.27.5

No matter where I look, I am unable to find the location of any assets relating to any of the sounds available for download. The custom sounds instruction files does not mention anything about a directory or location for Linux, either, and so I have no idea how to get custom sound packs working.

Describe the solution you'd like

I'd love to see some sort of button that takes you to where your sounds are stored, or some icon or line of text that will show where things are located. No matter what, though, please add custom sound instructions for Linux! I'd be happy to test any new features if needed.
