docs: 1.1.18 Play notes also carry the app core 2.46 changes

1.1.17 (versionCode 19) was merged without a Play submission, so 20 (1.1.18)
is the first Play update with app core 2.46. The submitted notes mention both
the widgets and the 2.46 changes; this mirrors the text sent to Play (496 chars).
