Specific animal commands

The current /animal command works fine, but because it's such a big database, the photos are very hit-or-miss and not as high quality as other APIs (like cat API).

• bring back /cat-pic (as /catpic or /cat)
• possible other commands:
  • /dog
  • /bird
  • etc
• OR if certain common animals are given to /animal, redirect to a more focused API instead
  • e.g. /animal kind:cat redirects to Cat API instead of iNaturalist
