Cange position cast target

Add a config location for the cast target nick, separate from the cast's name. Small nameplates have limited space for the name, and if the nick is long, everything gets jumbled together

I know how to disable this, I suggest making an additional setting so that it would be possible to place the cast target in another place (for example, snila under the name of the cast)
