Using tianlin/com-and-go/v2 fw instead of code.google.com/p/com-and-go/v2

As per #2, as per the PR, the example compiles when using importing from tianlin/com-and-go/v2, but getting "2017/10/16 11:49:35 CoInitializeSecurity= The parameter is incorrect." when running the binary on Windows 10 and Windows Server 2016. Any thoughts?
