Allow for joystick to control mouse

Mice and mouse cards for the IIe are getting expensive and difficult to find.

Describe the solution you'd like

For those of us running a2d on an actual IIe, allowing the joystick to control the mouse cursor would be a cheap and effective alternative way of allowing input.

It's faster and more accurate than a joystick would be.

Thanks for pointing that out inexorabletash. The mouse mode is helpful, but it's clunky using the keyboard to move in and out of mouse mode. As bad as prescision would be, I think having the joystick option would still be really helpful.
