Add a Default Button option to the Options control panel that puts a second, bold, outer circle around the default choice in a dialog box, just like the later Mac and the IIGS. This issue replaces issue #252. Unlike in issue #252, in this issue the user decides whether they want a second, bold, outer circle around the default choice in a dialog box or not. This way the user can decide whether they want to tolerate any unintended visual degradation of the visual appearance or not. There is already an option in the Options control panel to show / hide keyboard shortcuts on buttons and in dialogs. This would just be an additional option.
