Why
Founders are busy. Showing them "fix these 5 things in an afternoon and you're 40% more compliant" is more actionable than a list of 64 controls.
Where the data comes from
- check type: code_grep findings are fastest to fix (just change code)
- cross-framework matrix: controls in 4+ frameworks have highest impact
- Filter: only show FAILing checks, sorted by (impact / effort)
