Add unit test

Unit tests for the job scheduler and perturbation engine need to be written and added to /djs/tests. It would be great to have the runnable using Travis in the future. Just want to test the heavy lifting functions for the most part:

• fromYaml for the job scheduler
• edit_parameters for the perturbation engine ( greater detail than is now present ) Updated unittests #22
• testing out the CLI and throwing strange things at it to see if it can always pass
