P1 UI polish: Human-readable 'Last updated' formatting + less intrusive placement on pages #357

Description

Priority: P1\n\n## Problem\nSome pages display a raw ISO timestamp in the header area (e.g., “Last updated on 2025-09-19T05:27:50Z by …”). This reads like developer metadata and pulls attention away from the content.\n\n## Why it matters\n- First impression polish: homepage is especially affected\n- Improves trust/clarity (readable date/time, consistent placement)\n- Reduces visual noise in the above-the-fold area\n\n## Affected URLs\n- https://wiki.aavegotchi.com/en/index (observed at top of page)\n- Likely other pages with the same metadata header pattern\n\n## Suggested fix direction\n- Format timestamps to a human-readable form (e.g., “Sep 19, 2025” or “19 Sep 2025”)\n- Consider moving “Last updated” into a smaller, de-emphasized style (or near the footer / page meta section)\n- Keep author link, but make it secondary\n\n## Acceptance criteria\n- Timestamp is not shown as raw ISO in the UI\n- Page header above-the-fold prioritizes content title and intro\n- Metadata remains accessible but visually secondary\n- Consistent across pages using this template\n\nNote: Related but not identical to #111 (Edit link behavior on root/error pages). This issue is specifically about timestamp formatting/placement across normal pages, especially the homepage.\n
