Threaded tweets sometimes exceed Twitter's character limit causing subsequent tweets to fail #4

Description

Describe the bug
If one of the subsequent tweets in a thread exceed Twitter's character limit of 280 characters, the other tweets will fail to send to the thread.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior: Since this is an automated behavior, there's no user-invoked steps.

Expected behavior
There isn't an expected behavior since this is a first time issue. However, there are multiple ways we can resolve this issue:

  • Split up subsequent tweets to be within Twitter's limits. For example, we can have the second tweet be "Added Content, then the third one be "Added Content (Cont)," before moving on to the deleted content (following the same pattern if need be).
  • After a few titles, have a sentence that says "Read the rest at " where link points to a URL with all the title changes for the given date.
  • Twitter Blue. This would give us a 4,000 character limit and it would be the easy way. However, I'm not looking to spend money on this project right now. And we would still need to account for unexpected behavior like this.
