Transactions since date

I am hoping that the new oAuth API will have the ability to respond with activities that have occurred since a particular date.

So for example, if I am wanting to know any activities since the last time I polled the server, it would be very beneficial to have something like this:
get_transactions/since/2-13-2013/14:12

You could of course throttle any responses to the top ten transactions or some other limiting parameter.

Also, it would be great if we could get a list of active agencies and their point of contact - phone and email - so we can expedite the authorization process.
