Improve quality of automatic annotations

The 'Annotate Automatically' algorithm of 'Add Switch Matrix Coordinates' tool produces less-than-ideal connections for some layouts, especially when ergonomic layouts with column splay.

there has been progress on this: 8a78b4a - although not perfect - new refined algorithm is better.
Some splay-columns still can produce non-optimal results but at least there are never unassigned keys and if symmetry detected it is preserved in matrix wiring as well:

when attempted to steer agentic llm into path-finding approach then results for regular row-stagger layouts become worse.
