Pop Up Window instead of new tab

I thought it would be a good idea to create a new option for choosing to open a pop up instead of opening a new tab every time. Sort of like the dict.cc plug-in.

Since linguee is adapted for mobile, I thought of an iframe with the mobile linguee website.
As I don't know much about web technologies I would be open for suggestions.
