Add additional includes to every server {} block by default

Is this possible?

I'm aware we can define custom vhost configurations and configure additional http {} parameters in conf.d - but is it at all possible to add an include line for every automatically generated server {} ?

Can someone please give me an example of what the default_server file should contain?
