Allow users to provide assets from local filesystem for XWalk upload

To support Figma design based migrations, the import helper be able to use/upload assets from local filesystem.

The tool should:

Attempt to copy assets from the local folder first
Fall back to downloading from siteOrigin if assets aren't found locally
Upload all resolved assets to AEM
