Improve update performance

Updates via UE currently take a relativ long time due to the full round trip to UE backend, GET & POST to DA-UE service etc. lets make this faster.

Looks like an issue especially on the backend, see Incoming requests total time in ms vs Backend requests total time in ms. Almost all time is spent waiting for Author Bus
