Create a pipeline for testing and releasing archetype to maven central

Feature Request

Need to have a pipeline that does following steps

1. package archetype ./test
2. Deploy to AEM Docker bundle versions (matrix)
3. Run automated tests in the new package
4. Release archetype to maven central
