Summary
Multiple problems detected when adding messages and signals. It helps to press Ctrl-S (save) for every registration. I am not able to save comments to either messages or signals after creating it.
As a user I would like a better workflow for registering a new message and then adding signals to it. As signals are added they should be sorted after their bit position.
Steps to reproduce
Create a new message, give it a name, add a comment, add signals to it.
Expected behavior
It should not be needed to press Ctrl-S for every registration, and it should be possible to register signals while still being in the message tab

Now a bit cumbersome
