Streaming history parameter does not specify time correctly

Whens setting the streaming history parameter it is not the time being set. Instead, the time can be calculated by multiplying the values set in sampling rate and in the streaming history in s to get the actual streaming history in s.

The time specified correctly, however the x axis could be changed to time instead of points.
