Credential resolution failed for tool

What could be wrong? After successfully setting the FIRECRAWL_API_KEY, I can see it in the web UI. I have successfully restarted the agentspan server several times, yet I keep getting " Required credentials not found: FIRECRAWL_API_KEY".
