Problem on windows platform #9

Hi,
I am using cbc mode.
On Android and iOS encryption and decryption is working fine but when my application is run on windows
there is a error while decrypting, it says something like ...length needs to be multiple of 8 bytes. While debugging i saw that lengths of all strings that need to be encrypted is multiple of 8 or 8 but somehow encrypted string changes before decrypting. Do you know what can cause that.
