Describe the bug
I receive the error "Error while converting allele labels." in Population Genetics analyses while there is no such a problem in the Data analysis

To Reproduce
I can send/upload the data files where I get this error.

I am Devika. I have subjected a population allelic data for calculating allele frequency. In the output file, i am getting 0.000 value at few loci. it is therefore requested to kindly help me out as i have to use the output in a research publication.
