Assistance Needed with Input File Error on Web Portal #20
Description
Dear Team, I downloaded the exampleSTRAFdiplo.txt template and populated it with my data, saving the file as Dipload_06172025_v1.txt. However, when uploading it to the web portal, I keep encountering the following error: "Input file error. Wrong number of columns per locus (please check ploidy)."
I've attempted multiple rounds of troubleshooting but haven’t been able to resolve the issue. Could you kindly review both files and help me identify what might be causing this error? I’d also appreciate any guidance on how to correct it so I can avoid similar issues in the future.
