Bug in handling class methods in ruby 1.9

If you do "chaser Bio::Sequence::NA --test ../bioruby-blessed/test/unit/bio/sequence/test_na.rb", you'll get a complaint about sorting strings and symbols.

Once I fix the bug in zombie-chaser, I'll apply the same fix to chaser.
