Upgrade agm-zebra theme for moodle 2.5

The agm-zebra theme that we had originally build for moodle 2.3 needs quite some changes in order to be upgraded for 2.5. We need to consider if we still 'like' the theme or we'll stick with the agm-clean theme (which is ready for 2.5, cool and responsive!)
