Is your feature request related to a problem?

Coinmarketcap.com's recent price issue showed coin values that are astronomically incorrect and Coinbase pulled from them as a price oracle. This could have caused active bots to sell at a loss thinking it's a profit.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add a threshold of % increase/decrease to assume is an oracle bug and not trigger on. Perhaps 500%
