I wanted to know if the model checkpoints of your pretrained model are somewhere available such one does not need to retrain it by scratch and can directly use the inference.
Moreover I wanted to know how I could use the model to do motif scaffolding given I have a set of motifs as pdb files and a specification which follows e.g. something like in RFDiffusion, so about the number of residues which should be generated for the scaffold or how many residues should be present between motifs.
