The Minikube instance (driver, cpus and memory) are not customizable.

The issue with airy create --provider=minikube --provider-config driver=virtualbox,cpus=4,memory=8192 my-airy is when I run the above command with given 4 cpu and 8192 MB memory it still creates the instance with 3 cpus and 7168 MB memory.
