UI very small in Windows 10

Any ideas on how to configure the view size of text in the editor? Text is very very small and the editor is close to unusable for me.

I'm running on a Surface Pro 3 with WIndows 10. Size of text, apps and other items is at 150%.

Is the text of the entire window (menu, buttons) small, or only the action/result grid? If you can post a screenshot that would be appreciated.
