TABLEAU VISUALISATIONS

• Dataset: We have utilised Kaggle DEI Dataset to generate visualization of ethinicity demographic factor.

IMPLEMENTATION STEPS:

• Imported .xlsx and .csv datasets into Tableau.
• Applied filters to isolate survey responses from Female and Non-binary employees specifically in Sections D, E, and I.
• Segmented the data by ethnicity to discern patterns in the intersectionality of gender, cultural background, and diversity representation within the surveyed dataset through Tableau’s advanced analytics tools.
