Include installer for go-player

Presently go-player does not have an installer and it is thus left up to the user where to place the files and where to run go-player from. Ideally an installer should be created, which also includes a systemd unit file so that they can start, stop and restart a go-player without having to use it in screen or tmux.

You could mark a new release and make the executable file available there. You can easily cross-compile for raspberry pi and make the binary file smaller stripping it: GOOS=linux GOARCH=arm go build -v -ldflags="-s -w" (see this article for smaller binaries howto).

As for systemd file, you can just give a minimal example in the readme and let users customize it if they please.

Thanks for the links, it's much appreciated! Now that I am cleaning up the code again they'll come in handy when I eventually get around to creating a release.
