Description
I also had a custom clause amended to my Consulting Agreement Contract. It essentially secures my rights to any work tangentially related (a bash script I wrote to automate some workflow) or completely unrelated (a personal side-project) to the contract. The employer also had the clause proof-read and converted into legalese by a well known NY law firm.
