1. Grant of Rights
You are permitted to:
- View and study the source code.
- Modify the software for personal use.
- Use the software internally within your organization.

2. Restrictions
You may NOT, without explicit written permission from the copyright holder:
- Redistribute the software in original or modified form.

- Offer the software as a hosted or managed service (SaaS).
- Provide the software to third parties as part of a commercial service.
- White-label the software.
- Use the software to build a competing commercial product or platform.

3. Commercial Hosting and Resale
Any form of SaaS hosting, third-party deployment, client resale, or revenue-generating redistribution requires a separate commercial agreement with the copyright holder.

4. Contributions
By submitting contributions (pull requests, patches, etc.), you grant the copyright holder a non-exclusive, perpetual right to use, modify, and distribute your contribution under this license.

5. No Warranty
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The copyright holder is not liable for any damages arising from its use.

6. Termination
Any violation of these terms automatically terminates your rights under this license.
