We now have a method to generate places from sources and places' websites and wikipedia. We then need to verify those places, find them in OSM/GMaps and add them as real places with a score bumped by the source.
This should be a cron than checks remaining generated places and adds them to places, then sets the generated place status to processed and links it to the created place.
