Thoughts on a type editor

There's a working implementation of a function editor here: https://github.com/jll63/openmethods.d/blob/using-function-editor/source/openmethods.d

Types can be for e.g.:

• Functions
• Structs
• Classes
• Enums?
• Unions?

For structs and classes I may have had a prototype that went something like:

struct S {}

alias NewS = Transmogrify!S.With!q{
  void f() { writeln("extended functionality"); }
}

auto s = NewS();
s.f(); // prints "extended functionality"

But here's the problem with the above:

a) I forget what I was trying to solve with it :p
b) Since multiple alias this was not implemented a wrench was thrown in to whatever it was I was trying to do
